PiFl Labs Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the mobile application PiPi Word Voyage ("App"). For matters not covered here, our general Privacy Policy applies.
Summary
PiPi Word Voyage has no accounts or login and collects no personal information that identifies you. Your game progress (islands charted, coins, streaks, word logbook, preferences) is stored only on your device. The App collects anonymized usage statistics (such as which levels are played) through Google Firebase Analytics to help us improve the game; these statistics are not linked to your identity. To keep the App free, we show Google AdMob ads, and an advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID) may be used to deliver them. On iOS we ask for tracking permission (ATT); declining does not limit any feature of the App.
1. Information We Collect
There is no account registration and we never collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or photos. The data the App handles is:

Note: ads are enabled from version 1.0.2 (as of July 30, 2026). The App may display ads. Hints can be revealed by watching a rewarded ad that plays only when you choose to watch one (up to 5 per day). Rewarded ads are never forced and can be replaced with coins. You can access all of the game's content without watching any ads.
2. Data Retention
- Local game data: kept on your device until you delete the App or clear its data.
- Usage analytics: retained by Firebase Analytics for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Email inquiries: retained for 3 years after the inquiry is resolved.
3. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Anonymized usage statistics are processed on our behalf by Google LLC (Firebase Analytics), and ad delivery is handled by Google LLC (AdMob); see Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google partner sites policy. Information collected by the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) during distribution is governed by their respective privacy policies.
4. Permissions
The App requires no special system permissions for gameplay. Internet access is used to transmit the anonymized usage statistics described above and to receive ads. On iOS, the App requests App Tracking Transparency consent on first launch; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown instead of personalized ones, with no loss of functionality. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and collects no personal information that identifies a user. For any questions, contact us at privacy (at) pifl-labs.com.
6. Security
- Minimal-collection design: no accounts, no server of our own, and no personally identifying data.
- Game data is stored only on the user's device.
- Analytics data is transmitted over standard encryption (HTTPS); no non-standard encryption is included.
7. Your Rights
You may contact us at any time regarding this policy at privacy (at) pifl-labs.com. Deleting the App removes your local game data and stops all analytics collection.
